We are an Authorized Repair Center for Harrington and CM Hoists, offering both in-shop and on-site repair options. For warranty coverage, customers must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) as directed by the manufacturer or ship the product freight prepaid for evaluation. All warranty claims must include a detailed explanation of the issue.
